In July, we sheared and tagged the trees on our NH farm. The trees are ready for harvest in early November. The majority of trees are between 8 and 12 feet tall, and we expect them to sell fast. Reserve Your Tree Early!

Mitchell Christmas Trees are born and raised on our family owned farm in Colebrook, New Hampshire.
We plant, fertilize, and mow our fields in late May or early June. In July, we shear each tree to give it a unique and traditional shape.
Mitchell Christmas Trees grow for between 7 and 10 years before they are ready for harvest. We harvest them in early November and ship them to Scottsdale in a refrigerated trailer to keep them farm fresh.
Farm Fresh Guarantee: If your tree is properly cared for and does not remain fresh until Christmas, we will replace it! Our Christmas Trees will remain fresh if treated with care- which means making sure it always has water after a fresh cut is made on the trunk. Christmas Trees drink a lot of water during the first week in the stand and you should check the water level daily.
